Here you can see how the ledgers have been added to the lake structure. The vertical pieces of lumber on the right of the ledgers is for the handrail.

This is the Thunder Creek Mountain flume

    Hard-to-reach areas are done first, because not all areas will be accessible to large equipment like a crane. Sometimes it can be challenging to build certain areas, because you actually need to plan on how you are going to remove the crane from the middle of the construction area once the structure is up! This takes some very creative planning.

You can see above how the structure isn't even done, but yet the track is already being added to the finished section to keep the project moving smoothly...also you can see behind the trees how a completely different section of structure is being constructed, which you see below....
