Wheel housings from a Vekoma suspended coaster are seperated from the rest of the train with the help of a forklift.

All the frames are then organized to be cleaned, tested, and repaired if necesary. All parts are number-stamped for easy and efficient reconstruction.

The wheel housings, now removed from the frames in the previous photo, are taken apart even further. All of the wheels come off and the welds and axles are NDT'd for cracks.

All of the wheels are removed from the trains, as you see above. They are later cleaned, inspected and then reinstalled back into their housings. These steel wheels are from a wooden coaster train.

D = Lap Bar Axle Housing

E = Safety Wheel
F = Friction Wheel
G = Wheel Bearings
