Wheel housings from a Vekoma
suspended coaster are seperated from the rest of the train with the help of a forklift. |

All the frames are then
organized to be cleaned, tested, and repaired if necesary. All parts are number-stamped
for easy and efficient reconstruction. |

The wheel housings, now
removed from the frames in the previous photo, are taken apart even further. All of the
wheels come off and the welds and axles are NDT'd for cracks. |
All of the wheels are removed from the trains, as you see above. They
are later cleaned, inspected and then reinstalled back into their housings. These steel
wheels are from a wooden coaster train. |
